Even though we are based in UK, we do ship globally except for a few countries. We aim to despatch all orders received by 1.00 PM (UK time) the same day and this applies from Monday to Friday only. Special deliveries are not guaranteed on a Saturday. Any order received after 1.00 PM will be despatched the next working day, please note we do not despatch on bank holidays. You also have a choice of shipping methods you can choose.

Packing

All our items are packed securely and shipped either in a padded jiffy bag or in a card board box, depend on the nature of the product.

Shipping charge

We do not charge a fixed shipping charge and only charge the actual cost of shipping (packing included) and will depend upon the weight of the items in the basket. So it works out much cheaper than most of the web sites. If you are going to compare our shipping charges with other web sites, you can do so easily by just clicking the “shipping cost calculator” link on the product page.

UK standard

We only offer this shipping method for low value items to our UK customers to keep the shipping costs down. However, please note this is option is neither trackable nor insured.

UK Recorded delivery

This method of postage is recommended for non urgent orders and orders up to £46.00 in value. Delivery time for this method is 1-3 days on average. Please note this may not be possible during Christmas or other peak times. We use the Royal Mail recorded delivery for this service. A signature is required and if no one is in to receive the package it will be collectable from your local Royal Mail office which will be identified on a card that your postman will post though your door. The Royal Mail may pay compensation of up to £46 for loss or damage of an item posted by this way. Please note that as with any mail order company, delivery is out of our hands once Royal Mail has collected from us and is subject to Royal mail delivery terms and conditions. Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

UK Special delivery

This method of postage is recommended for urgent orders and also orders £46.00 & over in value, the full value of the order is covered and delivery is normally the next working day by noon after despatch. We use the Royal Mail Special delivery service and is subject to their terms and conditions. Please note that Royal mail doesn't guarantee their special delivery on Saturday. A signature is required upon delivery and if no one is in to receive the package it will be collectable from your local Royal Mail office which will be identified on a card that your postman will post though your door. The Royal Mail may pay compensation of up to £500 for loss or damage of an item posted by this way. So we recommend that you opt for the Special Delivery service, if you have any concerns relating to compensation for goods at a higher value.

Airmail standard

We only offer this shipping method for low value items to our international customers to keep the shipping costs down. However, please note this is option is neither trackable nor insured.

International signed for

We offer the trackable international shipping by International signed for or Air Sure (whichever is applicable to the destination country); this is a priority service from Royal Mail. The final delivery to the customer will be made by the countries national postage service; generally this takes around 3 -7 days. The cost of delivery is again based on the weight of the order and is generated dynamically by the checkout process. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Please note we also insure the items for loss, and it comes with a basic £46.00 cover. However, we do cover the higher value items if necessary.

Online tracking

All of the above delivery methods can be tracked online. Please bear in mind that the online tracking will only work once the shipment has already reached your country, which usually happens within 1-2 days after the actual shipping date.

Parcel force delivery

If the weight of the item is more than 2kg then our cart will automatically recommend this method of shipping. It is due to the fact that this is the cheaper option for shipping above 2kg, compare to other methods. But please note parcel force can only be used for shipping to UK & Europe.
